From year two you renew hosting: infrastructure, SSL, and subdomain. No separate annual maintenance fee; the amount is in the proposal.
One recurring cost: hosting renewal
Launching a showroom on Atisbo includes 12 months of hosting in the platform fee. From year two, the recurring cost is hosting renewal (the amount is in the formal proposal).
There is no fixed “annual maintenance” charge in our commercial table. If you need content changes, stock updates, new renders, or copy edits, we quote that as additional work based on scope.
What hosting renewal includes

What hosting renewal is not
- Not a new showroom license — it keeps the published project online
- Does not include new visual production or ongoing commercial changes without a quote

Before launch, align your sales team: year one is included, and from year two you renew hosting. That keeps budgets clear for developers and brokers.
