1. Scope
This policy describes how personal data obtained through the Atisbo Site, contact forms, email communications, WhatsApp, or other channels Atisbo enables for commercial or support inquiries is handled.
2. Data we may collect
Identification and contact data: name, email, phone, company, role, country or city, free-text message, and metadata associated with submission (date, time, browser language).
Technical Site usage data: approximate IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, and aggregated interaction events for analytics (for example, via Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics or similar tools if active).
Contracting data: when a commercial relationship exists, tax and billing data necessary for service delivery may be recorded as agreed in proposal or contract.

Respond to inquiries and coordinate demos or commercial meetings.

4. Legal basis
