The product
Atisbo works for four typologies: single building or tower, multi-tower complex, gated community with lots, and modular or prefab home developments (customizable models and variants). If your project has units, floors, lots, or a model catalog to show and sell, Atisbo can adapt to it.
Navigable interactive masterplan, 360° tours of units or common areas, real-time updated availability, spec sheet for each unit, integrated CRM to capture and manage inquiries, WhatsApp and Calendar integrations, and behavior metrics per project.
Plans and contracting
From year two, the USD 270 annual renewal keeps your showroom online: cloud infrastructure, SSL certificate, atisbo.app subdomain, and site availability. We do not charge a separate annual maintenance fee; content, stock, or copy changes are quoted as additional work if you need them.
We offer two modes. Platform only: you send us assets (renders, floor plans, photos) and we configure the showroom. Turnkey: Atisbo produces the 3D content and builds the full showroom. Ideal if you do not have materials or want a higher visual standard.
It is contracted per project. Each showroom has its own configuration, URL, and metrics. If you have several projects running at once, we can prepare a proposal that accounts for volume.
With Platform only mode, if assets are ready, the showroom can be operational in a few days. With Turnkey, timelines depend on project complexity and 3D content production. We provide a clear schedule at the start.
Technology and operation
No. Atisbo is a cloud platform: we handle all infrastructure and hosting included for the first year. Your showroom gets a URL ready to share, use in presentations, or integrate into the developer's website via a dedicated link, access button, or embedded section; we coordinate the technical setup when an iframe is needed. Hosting renewal is annual (USD 270/year from year two).
Yes. From the admin dashboard you can update each unit's status in real time: available, reserved, sold. Changes appear immediately in the showroom your prospects see.
Yes. The showroom is optimized for mobile. Prospects can navigate the masterplan, view tours, and check availability from any device without installing an app.
Every inquiry through the showroom is recorded in the CRM: name, contact, unit of interest, and date. You can follow up from the same platform and connect with WhatsApp or Calendar to schedule visits or calls.
Yes. You can share the showroom link, add an access button from your site, or embed a section of the tour on a developer page. We work with you on the technical implementation (including iframe when appropriate) so the experience is smooth and consistent with your brand.
It is an optional module that lets the buyer estimate installments and terms inside the showroom, with parameters you define (amounts, terms, reference rates). It reduces friction between initial interest and reservation.
We track leads who did not close on the first visit and enable reminders and statuses so your sales team re-engages with context: unit viewed, inquiry date, and preferred channel.
Yes. With the material variations add-on you can switch finishes, colors, and materials in the same space so the client chooses with visual guidance before construction.
It is the link between a lot development showroom and a modular homes catalog: the buyer chooses lot and model in one experience and sees the combined price. You can see an example at demo5.atisbo.app.
About Atisbo
Atisbo is a product of Coding & Company, a digital product development studio based in Buenos Aires. We work with fully senior teams and specialize in building solutions with real business impact.
Yes. Atisbo is in use by construction companies already selling projects through the platform, including full lot developments. We can share references and show real cases during a demo.
Yes. We schedule a presentation where we show the product with a real case, answer all your questions, and evaluate together which mode fits your project best. No commitment.
Pre-sales and conversion
From USD 2,300 per project for typologies A (tower), C (lots), and D (modular), and from USD 3,500 for typology B (multi-tower). Includes platform, atisbo.app subdomain, and 12 months of hosting. Turnkey visual production is quoted by complexity.
PDFs and loose renders help as support but do not organize inventory, tours, or leads. A digital showroom with one link aligns buyers and brokers, shows updated availability, and creates commercial traceability.
Yes. Typology C is built for lot developments: navigable neighborhood map, lot spec sheet with area and orientation, and online selection. Active examples include La Escondida at demo3.atisbo.app.
Yes. Typology A for a single tower (up to 50 base units) and typology B for multi-tower complexes (up to 100 reference units). Each unit can have its own spec sheet, 360° tour, and sales status.
Platform only: you supply renders, plans, and copy; Atisbo configures and publishes the showroom. Turnkey: Atisbo produces or enhances 3D content and builds the full experience. Turnkey fits teams without ready assets or those seeking higher visual quality.
Yes. Each project includes your-project.atisbo.app subdomain and 12 months of hosting. From year two, hosting renews at USD 270/year. Custom domain available as an add-on.
With one URL per project, ready for WhatsApp, email, sales-room QR, and ads. You can embed the tour on the developer website or use an access button—the same link keeps inventory and story aligned for the whole team.
Not necessarily. Atisbo is the showroom and sales layer: it complements or integrates with the corporate site via dedicated link, button, or iframe. Many teams use the main site for brand and Atisbo for tour, inventory, and lead capture.
A 360° tour is immersion inside a unit or amenity. A virtual showroom is the full environment: exterior tour, floor navigation, unit spec sheets, commercial availability, and lead capture. See the glossary for a deeper comparison.
It depends on ticket size and brand value, not only unit count. A boutique building with few high-ticket units can benefit as much as a large development.
It does not replace them—it prepares the conversation. Buyers arrive with closing questions and the team gets context (unit viewed, campaign, form data) when the showroom captures leads with CRM or analytics.
It makes sense off-plan, with multiple typologies, external brokers, or dynamic inventory. Not yet for a single unit, low ticket, finished projects sold only via site visits, or with no digital pre-sales strategy.
