When a virtual showroom makes sense (and when it doesn't)

Makes sense when

You sell off-plan or pre-construction; there are multiple comparable units or typologies; the ticket justifies premium presentation; you work with external brokers; or inventory changes week to week and you need a single source of truth.

Not yet when

There is a single unit or few identical ones; the ticket is low and economics don't justify the digital layer; the project is finished and sells only via site visits; or you prefer to wait for advanced construction without a digital pre-sales strategy.

How to start
